Winter TraininG

315 Elite will be offering Winter Lacrosse Training beginning in December and running through March! These fun, fast paced clinics will focus on individual skills that will help players gain confidence on the field. Clinics will run 1 hour and be limited to 10 players. 

Shooting Clinics - Our shooting clinics will be geared to all types of shooting. 

Wall Ball Clinics - Clinics will be geared towards passing and catching in both hands. 

Dynamic Clinics - Clinics designed for speed, dodging and footwork

Defense Clinics - Will focus on body and stick position on defense

Clinics - Passing, Shooting and dodging.
