We breakdown the fundamentals of the sport, so the player understands the WHY, not just the HOW. We challenge players with the best competition possible, so they are always finding ways to improve, with the end goal of being the best player possible. Our Coaches are armed with knowledge, patience, enthusiasm and a deep commitment to each player’s development, and are ready to help each player achieve their goals.

315 Elite Lacrosse focuses on developing youth players whether experienced or not. We look to give each player an opportunity to become a better player if they put in the work. . We offer opportunities for players across CNY to gain confidence on and off the field as well as a love for the game. Keeping our practices and clinics fun and different help keep our players engaged and wanting more.

Every athlete is unique, and we embrace that. Coach Eric was honored at the National Cup in Tampa, Florida as Youth Coach of the Year on December 3, 2023. "It is truly an honor to be recognized by Corrigan Sports, ESPN, New Balance and the National Cup with this Award. Being able to share the night with 315 families and players made it even more special!" Coach Eric was also selected to coach Team Burn in the HIGHlighter All-Star Game and led them to a victory Saturday night! You can watch the game by clicking here!
