New for This Season: Player Pool
To enhance training access while maintaining competitive balance, we’re introducing the P The Player Pool:
- Players not placed on a tournament roster may train with their grade-level team throughout the season.
- Pool players do not attend tournaments unless selected as alternates.
- Should a rostered player be unavailable, a replacement will be drawn from the Pool.
- Commitment is seasonal: Fall, Winter, and Summer
Why?
📌 In the past, we’ve focused on full team participation in tournaments. However, maintaining an 11-month commitment from two teams at the same grade level has been tough, often leading to teams being short-handed. Since tournaments are paid for in advance and refunds are limited, this structure helps maintain team integrity while providing developmental opportunities. It allows players to train within our system alongside our Elite Teams, connect with other program players, and enhance their on-field skills. This also allow players who may not be ready for the full year participation to continue within the 315 System.
