My name is Eric Taetsch and I run 315 Elite Lacrosse. I have coached lacrosse since 1996 and have been actively involved in youth lacrosse at the club level in Syracuse since 2014. My coaching style is defined as fun but disciplined.  I expect each player to have a strong work ethic and to treat their teammates, opposing players and officials with respect and good sportsmanship.

Your one on one experience with Coach Eric will offer specific skill training to meet your childs current needs. Whether your player is new to the game or has years of experience, these one hour sessions are a perfect opportunity to get customized practice of what your child needs work on the most. 

Much like the one on one training, group training allows 2 players of similar experience to work together. Many of the drills we be able to be brought to the home environment for even more practice
