My name is Eric Taetsch, and I run 315 Elite Lacrosse. I have been coaching since 1996 and have been deeply involved in youth lacrosse at the club level in Syracuse since 2014. My coaching style is fun, competitive, and disciplined, with a strong emphasis on work ethic, respect, and sportsmanship. I expect every player to treat teammates, opponents, and officials with integrity and to bring consistent effort to everything they do.

Above all, I believe my primary purpose is to help players build confidence. Confident athletes train harder, embrace challenges, and push themselves beyond their comfort zones. Growth happens when we stretch ourselves, and my goal is to guide players toward becoming the best versions of themselves—on and off the field. Anyone who has attended a clinic or practice with our program knows how passionate I am about coaching youth athletes. I take great pride in giving each player my best, because they deserve nothing less.

I started 315 Elite to give players a true opportunity to shine. Not everyone develops at the same pace, but with dedication and hard work, any athlete can elevate their game and find success. Growing up, I was often the smallest player on the team, but I refused to let that limit me. I built a work ethic rooted in grit, determination, and effort—qualities that helped me achieve what many thought was out of reach. That same passion and drive are what I strive to instill in every athlete who becomes part of the 315 family.

A one-on-one session with Coach Eric provides tailored skill training designed to address your child's specific needs. Whether your child is new to the sport or has years of experience, these one-hour sessions offer an excellent opportunity for customized practice focusing on the areas where improvement is most needed.

Much like the one on one training, group training allows 2 players of similar experience to work together. Many of the drills we be able to be brought to the home environment for even more practice
