315 Elite Lacrosse and Upstate Salt Kings are proud to announce their new partnership beginning Fall 2023. This partnership will allow youth players in the 315 Elite program a path to join Salt Kings starting in 7th grade. Coaches from Upstate Salt Kings will be actively involved in practices and tournaments with the 315 Elite youth teams. The goal of having specific coaches working with individual teams and being able to offer position specific training at the youth level will help develop youth players in the programs to gain individual and team concepts at a faster pace.
315 Elite Lacrosse and Upstate Salt Kings want to give players an environment that they can grow as players and realize their full potential. Both clubs encourage creativity and help players with their overall on field lacrosse IQ. Most importantly, players in both programs will have fun playing a game they love. Both clubs will continue to offer training programs throughout the year for players to improve at all aspects of the game.
Tryouts for 315 Elite Lacrosse Boys will be held August 5th and 6that Plank Road Park. 315 Elite will have teams for players in Grades 1st-8thgrades and Upstate Salt Kings will have teams for players in 8th-11thgrades. 315 Elite Teams will have a maximum roster size of 18 players to allow players to have as much on field time as possible. 315 Elite will offer White Teams and Green teams. White teams will be highly competitive with experienced players who aspire to play lacrosse at the highest level and will require some travel. Green Teams will be formed for 1st and 2nd year players whose goals are the same but are not ready to compete at the higher level. Below are the teams that will be offered and the tentative schedule:
