The Elite Player Program is the premier training experience offered by 315 Elite Lacrosse. Designed for dedicated players who are serious about reaching their full potential, this 12-month development system combines elite skill training, strength and speed development, lacrosse IQ, and accountability in a small-group environment.
This isn't a clinic.

The Elite Player Program is designed for athletes who:

2 hours/week of skill training × 50 weeks = 100 hours
1 hour every other week of strength & speed × 25 sessions = 25 hours

$150/month × 12 months = $1,800 per athlete per year
