Meet Coach Eric

---

Known throughout the lacrosse community as "Coach Eric," Eric Taetsch has dedicated more than 30 years to coaching and developing athletes in Syracuse, Philadelphia, and California. A Syracuse, New York native, Eric has spent his entire life involved in sports as both a player and coach, building a reputation for developing skilled athletes, strong competitors, and confident young leaders.

In 2021, Coach Eric founded 315 Elite Lacrosse with a vision of creating opportunities for players who may not have had the experience, exposure, or resources to join more established club programs. What began as a mission to provide access and opportunity has grown into one of the most recognized and respected club lacrosse programs in Central New York.

Coach Eric's coaching philosophy is simple: every player is capable of improvement, and success comes from maximizing individual potential. While he challenges every athlete to strive for excellence, he understands that each player's journey is unique. His programs emphasize hard work, accountability, confidence, and personal responsibility while teaching players to focus on the things they can control—their effort, dedication, attitude, and commitment to becoming both better athletes and better people.

The results speak for themselves. In just four years, 315 Elite Lacrosse athletes have earned multiple Section III statistical titles, All-League honors, Academic All-American recognition, and collegiate playing opportunities. Every graduating player from the program has gone on to play lacrosse at the collegiate level.

In September 2026, Coach Eric will launch the Elite Player Program, an innovative 50-week development experience designed to help athletes reach their highest potential. The program will provide comprehensive training in lacrosse skills, game IQ, team dynamics, strength development, and speed training. Limited to just 10 players per age group, the Elite Player Program will offer an unmatched level of individualized instruction and mentorship.

In addition to the Elite Player Program, Coach Eric will continue to offer clinics, training opportunities, and year-round team experiences through 315 Elite Lacrosse. His commitment remains unchanged: to provide every athlete with the best possible lacrosse experience while helping them develop the skills, character, and confidence needed to succeed both on and off the field.
